I am glad that I have Met Maria she's very professional. She's very knowledgeable about the Sacramento Area. If your a Veteran I highly recommend her for you. She's knows how a VA Loan works. My lender was out of state and she was able to work with that lender with ease. Every time I wanted to look at a house she would set it up with no problems. I look at houses at Rocklin and all the way down south in Elk Grove. I believe we look at more than 15 homes until I finally found the one I wanted and then she really negotiated with the seller until we closed. I even got my $1000.00 good faith money back, zero closing cost, and the home that I wanted.
